JAKARTA – PT Atlas Resouces Tbk (ARII) aims to raise fresh funds of at least IDR 60 billion through issuing 300 million shares of IDR 200 each via private placement. This corporate action would occur at least within two years after the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting agreed upon on July 29, 2021.
In the information disclosure quoted on Thursday (26/8), ARII’s authorised capital is at IDR 836 billion, while its portfolio contains IDR 209.80 billion, and its issued and paid-up capital IDR 626.20 billion. PT Calorie Viva Utama (CVU) controls 38.026% of the shares, while Andre Abdi (President Director) owns another 18.95%. Japet Res Pte Ltd follows with 9.677%, then Jay Oentoro (President Commissioner) with 2.711%, Pranata Hajadi (Commissioner) 0.375%, Hans Jurgen Kaschuli (Vice President Director) 0.425%, Joko Kus Sulistyoko (Director) 1.126%, and Aulia Setiadi (Director) 0.977%. Lastly, the public shares the remaining 27.668%.
After this corporate action takes place, ARII’s issued and paid-up capital would increase to IDR 686.20 billion, while its stock in portfolio depletes to IDR 149.80 billion. All shareholders are said to participate in this private placement. Then, the proceeds would be utilised to solidify the company’s working capital. (LK/ZH)
