JAKARTA – PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) obtains loans with the transaction limit of USD 23.4 million from PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) to expand its and its subsidiaries’ businesses.

Susan Chandra, Corporate Secretary of Dian Swastatika Sentosa, specifies that this facility would span four years and nine months, equipped with a corporate guarantee. “This financing facility would raise our debt-to-equity ratio by 1%,” she adds, as quoted from the information disclosure yesterday (27/8).

Within the last two months, DSSA had performed various corporate actions and restructuring plans for its subsidiaries, PT Sinarmas Sukses Sejahtera (SSS) and PT DSSA Mas Sejahtera (MS). Another example is MS’s raised issued and paid-up capital, from IDR 3.13 trillion to IDR 3.4 trillion.

As of March 2021, DSSA is reported to own equity of IDR 1.76 trillion, higher than IDR 1.58 trillion recorded in the same period last year. Lastly, its total liabilities and equity were reported to reach IDR 2.88 trillion, slightly diminishing from IDR 2.9 trillion. (LK/ZH)
