JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) approved the entire agenda of the meeting which was held on Friday, August 27, 2021.
One of the agenda for the meeting was the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2020. Based on a press release received by IDNFinancials, INDF decided to distribute a dividend of IDR278 per share to be paid on September 29, 2021.
Anthoni Salim, President Director and Chief Executive Office of Indofood said, “I would like to express my appreciation to all Indofood employees for their contributions and efforts in this challenging year. I also thank all business partners, customers and shareholders for their continued trust and support for the Company.”
For information, last year INDF posted net sales of IDR81.73 trillion, up from the previous year's achievement of IDR76.59 trillion. INDF also managed to record a net profit of IDR6.45 trillion, up from the previous year of IDR4.90 trillion. (LM)
