Sinar Mas Multiartha issues a bond of IDR 705.7 billion

JAKARTA. PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) offers a Shelf-Registration Bond II Sinar Mas Multiartha Phase I Year 2021 of IDR 705.7 billion, with a maximum tenor of three years.

In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange yesterday (30/8), the management claimed that the raised funds from this bond issuance would be spent on capital participation for its subsidiary, PT Shinta Utama, of IDR 466.2 billion. Shinta Utama is an investment company operating in equity participation, trading, and other services. The company would also place the rest of the proceeds of IDR 233.067 billion in its subsidiary, PT Arthamas Solusindo, as an additional capital investment. This particular subsidiary manages an information service.

The issued bond would be offered in three series. Series A would be offered for IDR 507 billion at max, with a fixed interest rate of 6.75%, maturing 370 days after the issuance. Series B of IDR 79.7 billion has a fixed interest rate of 8% and would mature within two years after the issuance. Lastly, Series C would be offered for IDR 119 billion with an 8.75% of interest rate and a three-year maturation.

The said bond would be recorded in Indonesia Stock Exchange on September 8, 2021. (AM/ZH)
