JAKARTA. Lo Kheng Hong sold 5.82% of PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk’s (MBSS) shares to PT Galley Adhika Arnawarma for IDR 67.19 billion last week.
MBS had notified the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regarding the said transaction that occurred on August 24, 2021. After the divestment of 101,811,800 shares, the infamous investor, Lo Kheng Hong, still has 0.6% or 1,089,600 shares of MBSS.
With each share worth IDR 660, Lo Khong Heng gains total funds of IDR 67.19 billion. MBSS is one of the companies under Indika Group. Within the past month, MBSS’s shares have shown a significant increment of 20.19%, or 32.43% throughout this year. (AM/ZH)
