JAKARTA. The financial performance of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) in the first half of 2021 sees a significant increment in operating revenue. It shifts 21.51% to USD 937.57 million.
The information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange today (1/9) reveals that out of USD 937.57 million, coal mining and trading contribute USD 834.77 of it. Then, the trading segment adds USD 49.11 million, followed by the cable TV and internet provision segment with USD 27.53 million; the construction, operational services, and power plants USD 25.29 million; and other income sources USD 871,348. In contrast, the revenue in H1 2020 only reached USD 771.61 million.
After deducting costs of sales of USD 561.34 million, DSSA is left with a gross profit of USD 376.23 million. It is 28.79% higher than the achievement made in the same period last year of USD 292.12 million.
As of June 2021, DSSA manages to record a significant surge in the bottom line. For instance, its net profit is reported to reach USD 43.92 million, increasing 95.55% from USD 22.46 million reported in June 2020. (AM/ZH)
