Lippo Cikarang to pay interim dividends of IDR 56 per share

JAKARTA. PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) is all set for its interim dividend distribution of IDR 56 per share amidst the declining performance in H1 2021. Its revenue was reported to deplete 39.8% year-on-year (yoy).

Mareci Susi Afrisca Sembiring, Corporate Secretary of LPCK, announces that the total interim dividend to be given out amounts to IDR 150 billion. It would be equivalent to 60.96% of the total net profit secured in H1 2021.

Quoted from the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange today (1/9), Sembiring reveals that the management had set the cum dividend date for the regular and negotiation market to September 7, 2021. Then, the interim dividend would be disbursed on September 22, 2021.

As previously mentioned in idnfinancials.com, LPCK’s revenue slid off 39.81% yoy to IDR 655 billion in H1 2021. It also dragged down the net profit, decreasing 38.51% yoy to IDR 246.05 billion.

Regarding the shareholders, as of June 2021, 80.83% of LPCK’s shares are controlled by PT Kemuning Satiatama. Then, the rest of them (19.17%) belongs to the public investors. (KR/ZH)
