JAKARTA. PT Metro Realty Tbk (MTSM) suffers from a massive increment in its net loss, from IDR 335 million to IDR 2.2 billion. It results from the combination of declined sales and increased expenses.
Based on the financial report submitted in Indonesia Stock Exchange, this property and real estate company only records a revenue of IDR 10.5 billion. It is 8.3% lower than IDR 11.5 billion reported in the first half of 2020.
Furthermore, the company still needs to cover the cost of revenue of IDR 10.1 billion and operating expense of IDR 3.13 billion. As a result, these deficits lead MTSM to report a growing net loss, reaching IDR 2.2 billion from the initial IDR 335 million. (AM/ZH)
