JAKARTA. PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) announces a new subsidiary, PT Mostrans Global Digilog (MGD). This subordinate company would handle logistic services for pharmaceutical products.
Lukito Kurniawan Gozali, Corporate Secretary of KLBF, reveals that the establishment of MGD is initiated through two other subsidiaries of KLBF, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT) and PT Global Chemindo Megatrading (GCM). “MGD is envisioned to support the company’s activities,” Gozali confirms in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange today (6/9).
For the record, MGD’s initial authorised capital amounts to IDR 80 billion, while its issued and paid-up capital equals IDR 20 billion. EPMT controls 99% of MGD’s shares, equivalent to IDR 19.8 billion, while GCM claims the remaining 1% of IDR 200 million.
According to idnfinancials.com data, KLBF’s cash and cash equivalent are reported to reach IDR 4.6 trillion in June 2021. Meanwhile, its assets total IDR 23.41 trillion, with current assets of IDR 13.6 trillion and non-current assets of IDR 9.78 trillion. (KR/ZH)
