JAKARTA – PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP), the managing company of Mitra10 home depot, aims to build 50 new stores within the next two years. For estimation, opening one store requires a capital expenditure (CapEx) of IDR 60 billion.

Idrus Widjajakusuma, Corporate Secretary of Catur Sentosa Adiprana, claims that his company had established three to six stores per year. Thus, by 2023, there would be 50 new stores. “Kalimantan and Sulawesi would be the areas of these home depot openings,” he mentions through the written public expose, quoted Wednesday (8/9).

According to Widjajakusuma, this year, the company had drawn up the capital expenditure budget of IDR 500 billion. Then, 80% of it would be used to expand the modern retail segment, while the remaining 20% would be channelled to the industry segment. In the next 10 years, CSAP dreams of owning 100 new stores. In the meantime, the management also boosts sales via mitra10.com and marketplaces. (LK/ZH)
