PYFA acquires Holi for IDR 108.56 billion

JAKARTA – PT Pyfa Sehat Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), takes over PT Holi Parma (Holi) for IDR 108.56 billion. The transaction value is equivalent to 62% of the company’s equity reported in June 2021 of IDR 175.13 billion.

Nadia Miranti Verdiana, Corporate Secretary of Pyridam Farma, announces that the company had purchased 27,385 shares once belonged to Erik Darius Mardiwidyo and Mutiarti in Holi. “After this transaction, the company would have 100% of the issued and paid-up capital in Holi,” she confirms in the information disclosure, Wednesday (15/9).

In the first six months of 2021, Holi managed to record revenue of IDR 31.12 billion, climbing from IDR 30.85 billion reported in the same period last year. However, its comprehensive loss reached IDR 7.71 billion, worsening from IDR 4.98 billion loss reported in H1 2020.

On the other hand, PYFA’s revenue and gross profit reported in June 2021 amount to IDR 220.91 billion and IDR 113.87 billion. After acquiring Holi, these numbers increase to IDR 252.04 billion and IDR 114.88 billion, respectively. (LK/ZH)
