JAKARTA – The Financial Services Authority (lit. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) renounces the digital finance innovation (lit. Inovasi Keuangan Digital/IKD) license of PT Inspira Data Nusa (Pasar KTA). This license annulment is stated in OJK Decree issued on August 27, 2021.
Triyono, Head of IKD Division of OJK, confirms that all IKD operational activities of Pasar KTA are terminated following the OJK Regulation 13/POJK.02/2018 concerning IKD in the financial services and OJK Letter no. 20/SEOJK.02/2019 regarding Mechanism of the Recording of IKD Implementation.
“Pasar KTA is listed as one of IKD implementers based on the letter no. S.117/MS.72/2020, signed June 26, 2020,” Triyono further explains.
Based on inspiradata.id website, Pasar KTA is an online loan service. It provides various payment methods, including internet banking, mobile banking, and bank transfer. (LK/ZH)
