JAKARTA. PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) introduced a new subsidiary, PT Niji Sicepat Gamindo, on September 14, 2021, investing IDR 4 billion in total.
Budiasto Kusuma, President Director of Digital Mediatama Maxima, claims that his company picture the establishment of this new subsidiary to be able to support DMMX’s main business line. The management announces its vision in the information disclosure, quoted Thursday (16/9).
By investing IDR 4 billion in this new company, DMMX is recorded to have 40% of shares in PT Niji SIcepat Gamindo, which equals 4,000 shares.
Not too long ago, DMMX had raised its ownership percentage in another one of its subsidiaries, PT Energi Selalu Baru, by 5% to 15,000 units of shares. Energi Selalu Baru focuses on the distribution of electric motorcycles, battery swap, and other supporting services. (AM/ZH)
