JAKARTA – PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ADCP), a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), claims that it had sold 58.1% of 11 transit-oriented development (TOD) property projects during presales. Marketing Director of Adhi Commuter Properti, Indra Syahruzza, announces this achievement in Jakarta today (16/9).
According to Syahruzza, this condition indicates that consumers’ interest in residential properties with the TOD concept is still high. The property with the said concept is said to be the public’s chosen investment alternative these days.
Several projects of ADCP that had been handed over include the Bekasi-Eastern Green LRT City, the Jatibening LRT City, the MTH LRT City in MT Haryono, and Sentul LRT City. Additionally, there is also another ADCP’s existing TOD project. The newer ones are Ciracas LRT City, Cibubur LRT, Cisauk Point, and Tebet LRT.
ADCP has structured and efficient processes in the cash conversion cycles. From the construction to the handover, the project development only takes 18 to 24 months for landed houses and 36 months for multi-storey residences. (LK/ZH)
