JAKARTA – PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk (SCNP), an electronic devices manufacturer, obtains a contract of non-exclusive toll manufacturing for PT Swayasa Prakarsa’s (SP) products. SP is a company focusing on developing health-related goods.
Liris Suryanto, Vice President Director of Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa, claims that the toll manufacturing arrangement was finalised last week (15/9). The period will span three years and end on September 14, 2024. “It would increase manufactured products by the company, thus boosting performance in the future,” he predicts, as quoted in the information disclosure, Monday (20/9).
The value of this working contract is not specified in the said public document.
In the first half of 2021, SCNP has recorded total sales of IDR 211.12 billion. Blender sales contributed IDR 105.92 billion, while clothing irons generated IDR 105.92 billion, and other products brought IDR 100.8 billion.
SCNP’s sales to third parties that made over 10% contribution are flowing in from PT Philips Indonesia Commercial, Dragon Will Enterprise Ltd, PT Citra Kreasi Makmur, and Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd.
On the other hand, SP is a subsidiary of PT Gama Multi Usaha Mandiri, a business unit managed by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Yogyakarta. This company manufactures and develops herbal products, such as GamaOptima, GamaDiab, and GamaTensi. (LK/ZH)
