EP ID Holdings to take over 8.25% of the public’s portion in CENT

JAKARTA – EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd (EP), as the new controller of PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT), declares its commitment to acquire 8.25% of the public’s portion (below 5% each) placed in the said company.

Wiwik Septriandewi, Corporate Secretary of Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia, reveals that the number of shares to be purchased amounts to 2,573,037,072 shares of IDR 269 each. “The mandatory tender offer (MTO) would be open from September 21 to October 20, 2021,” she further announces in the information disclosure, quoted Tuesday (21/9).

Those numbers indicate that EP would expend IDR 692.14 billion worth of investment during this corporate action.

CENT’s current authorised capital is reported to reach IDR 6.9 trillion, while its issued and paid-up capital amounts to IDR 3.11 trillion and stock in portfolio of IDR 3.78 trillion. Clover Universal Enterprise Ltd owns 14.95% of the shares, while EP ID Holdings Pte Ltd controls 76.80%. Public investors (less than 5% ownership) include Gray Reef International Ltd of 4.42% and other parties 3.83%.

After the MTO is through, EP’s portion would rise to 85.05%, while Clover’s percentage remains the same as the issued and paid-up capital is also unchanged. (LK/ZH)
