Expanding business, Indopora places IDR 50 billion in its subsidiary

JAKARTA. PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk (IDPR) or Indopora had deposited additional capital of IDR 50 billion to one of its subsidiaries, PT Rekagunatek Persada.

Dwijanto, Corporate Secretary of Indopora, claims that this extra investment is channelled from internal cash. Furthermore, he adds that this action is a way to support the company’s current business expansion and its future development.

“The company wishes to expand its business in the precast concrete segment, going along with the current projects and promising business prospects,” Dwijanto further explains in the information disclosure submitted to Indonesia Stock Exchange today (21/9).

For the record, Indopora only keeps cash and cash equivalents of IDR 6.36 billion by the end of June 2021. Thankfully, its retained earnings are piling up, amounting to IDR 115.6 billion.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, Rekagunatek is one of the subsidiaries of Indopora, which was established in 1992. Its total assets before elimination reach IDR 648.69 billion. (KR/ZH)
