JAKARTA – PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS), a ready-mix and precast concrete manufacturer, projects its precast factories constructions in three different locations to finish at least by the first half of 2022. President Director of Berkah Beton Sadaya, Hasan Muldhani, declares his goal through the public expose, quoted today (22/9).

“During the initial public offering (IPO) in March 2021, the company states its intention to build factories in Subang, West Java, Central Kalimantan, and Central Sulawesi. The constructions are still in progress and would be concluded by Q1 2022, or Q2 2022, at its latest,” Muldhani explains thoroughly.

According to Muldhani, 53.67% of the IPO proceeds of IDR 103 billion had been spent on acquiring a lot of 74,045 m2 that initially belonged to Subang Terus Membangun (STM) in Subang. The rest of the funds went to the capital expenditure for purchasing heavy equipment. Moreover, they are also used to finance constructions of a civil work square pile plant in Subang, a crusher plant 1 and 2, a batching plant, and an asphalt mixing plant in Central Kalimantan.

Furthermore, Muldhani reveals that the company has scored IDR 200 billion in revenue, more than half of its target of IDR 375 billion. In addition, the profit gained in H1 2021 has amounted to IDR 40 billion. (LK/ZH)
