JAKARTA - After serving the delivery of more than 1 million MSME players in Indonesia, Paxel is now focusing on opening delivery services in Java and Sumatra. Previously, Paxel had reached the areas of Java, Bali, Medan, to Makassar. Not operating alone, Paxel collaborates with SiCepat as a last mile partner and PT Logitek Digital Nusantara (“LDN”) a subsidiary of PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk (TFAS), PT M Cash Integration Tbk (MCAS) Group as a system provider in 10 cities which include Ciamis, Purwakarta, Subang, Indramayu, Cilegon, Serang, Karawang, Cianjur, Sukabumi, and Lampung.

This strategic collaboration is recognized by Zaldy Ilham Masita, the Co-founder of Paxel, which will have a positive impact on the MSME economy, which is indeed one of the missions of Paxel and SiCepat. “The potential for economic growth in tier 2 cities continues to increase and MSMEs can now market their products and attract customers in 10 new cities. Moreover, West Java and Sumatra have so far been popular inter-city routes.”

Each company has advantages that make this collaboration very promising. Zaldy is optimistic that the combination of Paxel's technology and competitive shipping costs, as well as SiCepat's coverage area will make this collaboration service competitive among the existing next day delivery service options. "And with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that is above average, this service will be able to answer the needs of MSMEs."

This delivery service to 10 new routes can be accessed starting from the 4th week of September 2021 through the Next Day option in the Paxel application with flat rates starting from Rp14,000. (LM)
