Grahaputra Mandirikharisma to enter NOBU’s shareholder list

JAKARTA – PT Grahaputra Mandirikharisma (GPMK) would become one of the shareholders of PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (NOBU) through assets transfer and rights issue of 500 million shares. This arrangement was approved during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held last week (24/9).

In the minutes of the said meeting published today (28/9), Mario Satrio, Corporate Secretary of Bank Nationalnobu, claimed that the company would acquire assets of GPMK. They are Building A of Pelita Harapan University (UPH) in Tangerang worth IDR 132 billion and some parts of a hall in Gadjah Mada Tower Building in Jakarta worth IDR 61 billion. “The assets transfer (inbreng) would be performed should there be new shares left for GPMK to claim,” he further explained.

The remaining shares would be acquired by GPMK by transferring its assets mentioned before, Building A of UPH and Gadjah Mada Tower Building, to NOBU.

The shareholders meeting of NOBU was joined by 74.413% of the total shares of 4,437,912,300 units as of August 10, 2021. The shareholders consist of PT Kharisma Buana 22.53%, OCBC Securities PTE 11.74%, PT Prima Cakrawala 19.58%, PT Lippo General 7.6%, Nomura Securities CO 10%, PT Matahari Departement 16.4%, and the public (below 5%) 12.15%.
