JAKARTA – PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR) sold 94.03% of its shares to PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) for IDR 16.72 trillion. The said percentage was initially owned by 14 different shareholders.
Quoting the information disclosure today (5/10), Juliawati Gunawan, Director of Solusi Tunas Pratama, revealed that the transferred shares amounted to 1,069,614,676 units of IDR 15,604.50 each. “Protelindo would then launch a mandatory tender offer, abiding by the regulation of the Financial Services Authority regarding an acquisition of public companies,” Gunawan added.

- Tumbuh Abadi Holdings Limited,
- Sentral Abadi Holdings Limited,
- Great Archipelago Capital,
- Evergreen Digital Capital, and
- Towering Heights Investment Limited
Protelindo’s authorised capital is reported to reach IDR 1 trillion. Its issued and paid-up capital amounts to IDR 332.26 billion, while the stock in portfolio equals IDR 667.73 billion. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) controls 99.9997% of the shares, and the remaining 0.0003% belongs to Ferdinandus Aming Santoso. (LK/ZH)
