DMAS scored IDR 1.25 trillion in marketing sales

06 October 2021 11:37

JAKARTA – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) collected marketing sales of IDR 1.25 trillion in Q1 2021, equivalent to 62.4% of this year’s target of IDR 2 trillion. Director of Puradelta Lestari, Tondy Suwarno, announces this gain in the press release, quoted today (6/10).

According to Suwarno, the most extensive contributor to the marketing sales is the industrial land sales of 55.3 Ha. The demands for industrial lots are tightly linked to data centre constructions. “Two data centre players had just joined in and would operate in the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) of Kota Deltamas,” he further disclosed.

Suwarno also mentioned that his company would solidify the facility and infrastructure of the industry to ensure the operational reliability of the data centres. The infrastructures include the power supply and fibre optic network. “We are cooperating with PLM to strengthen electric supply and enhance fibre optic network to support data centre activities in our areas,” he reassured.

DMAS still possesses an unclaimed industrial area of 70 Ha, which is intended to be sold to help attain the sales target of IDR 2 trillion. (LK/ZH)
