Prima Rasa Inti raised IDR 517.18 billion after selling its portion to Blibli.com

JAKARTA – PT Prima Rasa Inti (PRI) collected IDR 517.18 billion from selling 202,817,657 units of its shares in PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (RANC) to PT Global Digital Niaga, the managing company of Blibli.com e-commerce. PRI is known to be the bread supplier to Starbucks.

Johanes Paulus Arifin, President Director of Prima Rasa Inti, confirmed that PRI’s portion in RANC had dropped to 90.051.043 shares from 292,869,000 units. “The selling price was set to IDR 2,550 per share during the transaction two weeks ago (30/9),” he revealed in the information disclosure, quoted Thursday (7/10).

After this divestment, PRI’s ownership percentage in RANC is down to 5.75%. Previously, it reached 18.72% of RANC’s entire issued and paid-up capital of 1,564,487,500 shares. Other shareholders with over 5% ownership were PT Wijaya Sumber Sejahtera (WSS) of 26.88%, PT Eka Putri Mandiri (EPM) 7.56%, PT Guna Prima Karyaperkasa (GPK) 15.12%, and David Kusumodjojo 5.36%.

GDN is known to take over 51% of RANC’s shares from three major shareholders, which were WSS, PRI, GPK, as well as David Kusmodjojo’s and Harman Siswanto’s portions. (LK)
