JAKARTA. PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) had signed a credit facility worth IDR 50 billion from PT Bank Index Selindo. Its tenor extends to 48 months or 4 years.
Ahmad Khaetami, Corporate Secretary of Buana Finance, claimed that this agreement would positively impact the company’s future business performance. “The said loan facility would be allocated to cover daily business activities of the company and is guaranteed with the company’s receivables,” he further revealed in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier today (11/10).
For the record, Bank Index is categorised as Public Banks based on Business Activities 1. As of 2020, it has a core capital of IDR 1.44 trillion.
Bank Index’s biggest shareholder is PT Khazanah Indexindo, owning 52.52% of the shares as of December 2021. Then, other major shareholders are PT Creador Capital of 18.91% and PT Asseta Selindo of 17.51%. (KR/ZH)
