Waskita Beton to divest three factories for IDR 709 billion

JAKARTA. PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) would arrange a tender offer for the divestment of three concrete plants worth IDR 709 billion. The said tender offer will be conducted virtually on November 3, 2021.

In the information disclosure published on the media earlier today (11/10), WSBP is said to sell three precast concrete factories in Klaten, Cibitung, and Karawang. The said plants are currently still operating.

The indicative prices of these factories are estimated to reach IDR 176.5 billion, IDR 115 billion, and IDR 417.5 billion, respectively. Thus, in total, by divesting these plants, the indicative proceeds would arrive at IDR 709 billion.

Cholis Prihanto, President Director of Waskita Beton Precast, claimed that his company is committed to continue contributing to the national infrastructure development by supplying precast and ready mix concrete. Moreover, it will support the growth by being involved in construction projects, such as tollways, airports, bridges, buildings, and other projects. (AM/ZH)
