JAKARTA – PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) recently gained a contract for a factory building construction in Batamindo Industrial Park, Batam, of IDR 77 billion. This contract is added to the list of its new contracts secured by now, accumulated to IDR 178 billion in value.
Salomo Sihombing, Director of Totalindo Eka Persada, claimed that the said construction project would be finished within the next eight months post the initial contract signing yesterday (11/10). “This factory would consist of six units of type E building of 4,800 m2 each, which belong to PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala,” he elaborated further in the press release earlier today (12/10).
According to Sihombing, his company is optimistic about reaching the revenue target by the end of this year. In August 2021, the company had also secured another construction project for the first phase of Tower South Condo from One Avenue Batam worth IDR 40.4 billion.
TOPS is known to have opened its first branch office in Batam in 2021 after seeing the prospect of office building constructions in Batam. “Totalindo aimed to contribute to Batam development,” Sihombing added. (LK/ZH)
