JAKARTA – PT Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure Tbk (IATA), the Indonesia Air flight provider, plans to launch a private placement next week (19/10). In this corporate action, the company would issue 718,147,000 shares of IDR 50 each.
In the information disclosure, quoted today (13/10), Andi Tenri Dala Fajar, Corporate Secretary of Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure, claimed that the proceeds of the private placement could reach IDR 35.90 billion. “The execution price for this corporate action had been set to IDR 50 per share,” he confirmed.
After this private placement, IATA’s total shares would increase to 11,415,812,114 shares from 10,697,665,114 units. This action plan was approved during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on July 27, 2021. (LK/ZH)
