JAKARTA. The contracts secured by PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) reached IDR 11.3 trillion until this September, almost doubling from IDR 6.2 trillion reported in September 2020. Regardless, the construction line still dominates the composition of the contracts.
Farid Budhiyanto, Corporate Secretary of ADHI, explained that the said contract value is the accumulation of all contracts secured in ADHI’s various business lines. “The said contract value surges by 82.25%,” he confirmed, as quoted by Kontan.co.id this week.
Out of all the contracts, 74.6% of those came from construction projects, followed by the energy sector with 17%, the property sector 8%, and other business lines. In terms of work types, building construction made up 26.8% of the contracts, while roads and bridges contributed 31.7%. Furthermore, constructions of reservoirs, airports, train tracks, energy-related, and other projects took up 33.3%. Then, the remaining 8.2% was property constructions. (AM/ZH)
