JAKARTA - PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS), a technology company engaged in e-commerce, financial telecommunications, and merchandising is increasingly aggressive in entering digital-based businesses by reorganizing Management, among others appointing Andrew Teh as President Director and Halim Wahyudi as Director of Business Development .
The Director of KIOS, Roby Tan said, "It is hoped that the presence of the two of them can accelerate the process of transforming KIOS towards digitizing the development of MSMEs, especially our Smart Warehouse and Retail ecosystem, which currently has 84 warehouses in Central Java and 80,000 MSME stall partners."
Andrew was appointed to the position previously held by Reginald Trisna who now holds a new position as Commissioner of the Company and was decided through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held yesterday.
