JAKARTA – PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk (DWGL) would issue 533,110,000 shares of IDR 100 each via a private placement scheduled for next week, October 22, 2021. This issuance is a part of a larger private placement of 871,159,900 shares, equal to 10% of the company’s total issued and paid-up capital.
In the information disclosure, quoted Thursday (14/10), Sianitawati, Corporate Secretary of Dwi Guna Laksana, revealed the execution price for this upcoming corporate action, which was set to IDR 180 per share. Thus, the cumulatively raised funds will reach IDR 95.95 billion.
The investors participating in this private placement include PT Dian Ciptamas Agung (DCA) of 83,110,000 shares, equivalent to IDR 14.95 billion, and PT Berkat Nusantara (BN) of 450 million shares, equal to IDR 8 billion.
After the private placement, DWGL’s issued and paid-up capital would rise to 9,224,709,831 shares from 8,711,599,831 units. The remaining unexercised shares amount to 871,159,900 shares.
As of September 2021, DWGL’s total shares were reported to reach 8,711,600,956 shares. PT Dian Ciptamas was said to own 9.37%, while Hawthorne Capital controlled 51.54% of the shares. Then, KPD Simas Equity owned 7.18%, PT Prima Samoda 3.04%, and the public 28.87%. (LK/ZH)
