Andreas Tjahjadi divested 4.91% of his shares in MITI

JAKARTA – Andreas Tjahjadi, President Director of PT Mitra Investindo Tbk (MITI), sold 4.91% of his portion in the said company for IDR 16.50 billion. The divested shares amounted to 120 million units, sold within two separate transactions a couple of days ago (12/10).

Diah Pertiwi Gandhi, Corporate Secretary of Mitra Investindo, specified Andreas Tjahjadi’s total shares prior to this transaction, which was 235,036,416 units or equal to 10.03% of MITI’s total issued and paid-up capital of 2,442,988,366 shares. After the divestment, his portion depleted to 125,036,416 shares or 5.12% of its issued and paid-up capital.

The transaction occurred twice in one day (12/10), comprising the first transaction of 54 million shares of IDR 136 each and the latter of 66 million shares of IDR 139 each.

As of September 30, 2021, MITI’s listed shareholders included PT Prime Asia Capital 77.09%, Andreas Tjahjadi 10.03%, and the public 12.88%. (LK/ZH)
