JAKARTA – PT Pakuwon Darma (PD) is now one of PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk’s (IBFN) shareholders following the divestment of 4.97% of Dana Reksa HPAM Smar’s portion in the said company earlier this October.
Alexander Reyza, Director of Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk (IBFN), announced the transfer of shares performed by one of its shareholders with above 5% ownership. “As of October 7, 2020, Dana Reksa HPAM Smar owned 9.94% of the shares. It depleted to 4.97% on October 8, 2021,” he confirmed in the information disclosure, quoted Monday (18/10).
After this divestment, Dana Reksa HPAM Smar is left with 75,411,000 shares of IBFN’s total shares of 1,517,321,249 units. PD is known to be a property developer company under Pakuwon Group, now acquiring the same number of shares in IBFN.
Prior to this transaction, IBFN’s shareholders consisted of PT Inta Trading 17.23%, PT Intraco Penta Tbk 55.07%, dan Dana Reksa HPAM Smar 9.94%. (LK/ZH)
