Deli Pratama Batubara would initiate MTO of PKPK's shares

JAKARTA – PT Deli Pratama Batubara (DPB) would conduct the mandatory tender offer (MTO) of PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk’s (PKPK) shares throughout next month, starting tomorrow (19/10). This corporate action is called for after DPB acquired 49.56% of PKPK’s shares from two previous shareholders, Soerjadi Soedarsono and Fanny Listiawati, totalling 297,383,762 units.

In the information disclosure, quoted Monday (18/10), PKPK’s shares to be put in the tender would amount to 302,616,238 units of IDR 73 each. This price follows the highest average price during the last 90 days of daily trading sessions prior to the acquisition back on September 27, 2021. Once calculated, the shares in the tender offer would generate IDR 22.09 billion in total.

PKPK has an authorised capital of IDR 300 billion and an issued and paid-up capital of IDR 120 billion. DPB claims 49.56% of the shares, while the public shares the remaining 50.44%. Lastly, the stock in portfolio is worth IDR 180 billion. (LK/ZH)
