KINO to channel interim dividends of IDR 12 per share

JAKARTA. PT Kino Indonesia Tbk (KINO) arranges the interim dividend distribution of IDR 12 per share or IDR 17.14 billion in total in mid-November.

Budi Muljono, Director and Corporate Secretary of KINO, confirmed that this plan aligns with the decision made during the Board of Directors Meeting on October 15. “The Board of Commissioner had agreed to the company’s circulatory decision,” he further added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier today (19/10).

Cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to October 28, 2021, and November 1, 2021, for the cash market. Meanwhile, the dividend would be distributed on November 18, 2021.

According to idnfinancials.com data, 70% of KINO’s shares are currently under the control of PT Kino Investindo. Then, another 12.6% belongs to Harry Sanusi, 11.23% to Nusantara FMCG Limited, and the remaining to the public investors.

By the end of the first half of 2021, KINO recorded sales of IDR 1.93 trillion and scored IDR 37.7 billion in its net profit. (KR/ZH)
