AKR Corporindo placed another IDR 47.87 billion in Akrida

JAKARTA. PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) had channelled additional capital investment worth IDR 47.87 billion to one of its subsidiaries, PT Anugerah Krida Retailindo (Akrindo).

Jimmy Tandyo, Director of AKRA, claimed that this capital injection was given as a way to increase the issued and paid-up capital in Akrida. Previously, Akrida recorded an issued and paid-up capital of IDR 495.95 billion.

After receiving this additional investment, Akrida would have its issued and paid-up capital raised to IDR 543.82 billion. Moreover, its authorised capital would also double to IDR 1 trillion from the initial IDR 500 billion.

“The funds secured by Akrida would be utilised in supporting Akrida’s business and/or to fund Akrida’s subsidiaries’ capitalisation,” Tandyo further elaborated in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange earlier today (19/10).

Once the additional funds were disbursed, AKRA’s portion in Akrida would remain the same, 99.99%. Meanwhile, the tiny remaining portion still belongs to AKR Niaga Indonesia, another AKRA’s subsidiary.

According to idnfinancials.com data, Akrida is a company that is active in the trading field, headquartered in Jakarta. It has total assets before elimination of IDR 910.43 billion as of June 2021. (KR/ZH)
