JAKARTA. PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk (BLTZ) had reopened two CGV theatres after being temporarily closed due to the Community Activities Restriction Enforcement (PPKM).

Yeo Deoksu, Director of BLTZ, confirmed that the two theatres reopening are CGV Raya Padang and CGV Plaza Balikpapan. “The company had listed several health protocols according to the guidelines set by both the central government and local government,” he further reassured in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange earlier today (22/10).

The said health protocols include the verification of PeduliLindungi application to screen the customers’ health conditions. There are also age limitations for the customers of above 12 years old, proof of second dosage vaccination, mask usage, etc.

BLTZ hoped that reopening these theatres would arouse the activities within the domestic movie production houses. Additionally, it was meant to help the economy in the creative industry to recover.

As of October 22, 2021, BLTZ was reported to reoperate 58 CGV theatres and inaugurate one new theatre. (KR/ZH)
