JAKARTA — Until the third quarter of 2021, PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACSET) posted revenue of IDR1.081 trillion or an increase of 12.5% from IDR960.73 billion in the same period in 2020. ACSET continues to maintain consistency in recording improvements in expenses. and financial costs, so that the Company recorded a 49% decrease in net loss from IDR753.38 billion to IDR385.82 billion.
Until this period, ACSET recorded the acquisition of new contracts amounting to IDR369.92 billion consisting of foundation, infrastructure and structure projects. Some of them are foundation work at the JPO of the Kuningan LRT Station and the Shore Protection of PLTU Batang. All foundation projects are carried out by ACSET's subsidiary, PT Acset Pondasi Indonusa. In the infrastructure sector, ACSET got a job in Scrap Fill & Overlay (SFO). Meanwhile, in the structural sector, ACSET received a new contract for the Cleon Park Garden City Apartment work.
Based on the contribution per business line in revenue generation this period was dominated by the infrastructure sector at 51.4%, construction at 37.6%, foundation at 7.0% and other sectors at 4.0%. Other sectors describe trading activities and rental services carried out by subsidiaries.
As of the third quarter of 2021, the Company has completed the Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD) on August 27, 2021 which previously received approval from the Company's shareholders through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on August 18, 2021. Total proceeds in corporate action worth IDR1.5 trillion and has been used by the Company to improve and strengthen the Company's capital structure in welcoming new contracts in the future. (LM)
