Buana Finance obtained a credit facility of IDR 200 billion from Bank Victoria

JAKARTA. PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) confirmed the procurement of a term-loan facility from PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) worth IDR 200 billion.

Ahmad Khaetami, Corporate Secretary of Buana Finance, explained that the said credit facility would be used to support the daily operations of the company. “The guarantee was the company’s account receivables,” he confirmed in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to idnfinancials.com, BBLD had twice acquired credit facilities from banks in this year’s last quarter. Previously in October 2021, the company secured another term-loan facility from PT Bank Index Selindo with a principal value of IDR 50 billion.

BBLD was known to have total assets of IDR 3.97 trillion in June 2021. Then, 67.60% of BBLD’s shares were under the control of PT Sari Dasa Karsa. Another 5.42% of the shares were claimed by Bank of Singapore Ltd, while public investors shared the remaining 26.98%. (KR/ZH)
