PLN rounded up three electricity infrastructures of IDR 217 billion

JAKARTA – PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) concluded three infrastructure projects worth IDR 217 billion in Jakarta. They are Penggilingan Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) of 150 kV and 150 kV extension, Penggilingan GIS II of 150 kV, and the Penggilingan High Voltage Electricity Lines (SKTT) II of 150 kV.

Gregorius Adi Trianto, Vice President of Corporate Communication of PLN, believed that completing the said three infrastructure projects would secure the reliability of the electricity supply in Jakarta. “These infrastructures are made for channelling electricity from Bekasi Substation of 150 kV and New Pulogadung GIS of 150 kV,” he further announced in the press release, Tuesday (2/11).

According to Trianto, the construction of electricity infrastructure utilised 64.20% local components, particularly in Penggilingan GIS II. (LK/ZH)
