Sillo Maritime purchased one vessel worth USD 2.77 million

JAKARTA. PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP), an oil and gas transportation company, announced its recent purchase of one new vessel at the beginning of this month.

According to Herjati, President Director of SHIP, this vessel was acquired from PT Limin Armada Tunda. In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) earlier today (5/11), Herjati claimed that Limin Armada Tunda is not SHIP’s affiliate.

The agreed transaction value was USD 2.77 billion. SHIP used up its own internal capital to fund this ship purchase.

Previously, at the end of October 2021, SHIP bought one ship unit worth USD 50.25 million. At this point, SHIP has managed 21 units of vessels.

SHIP’s total assets by the end of the first half of 2021 were reported to reach USD 284.35 million. Meanwhile, its equity amounted to USD 148.8 million. (KR/ZH)
