JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), a vehicle spare part manufacturer under ADR Group, announced its plan to pay out interim dividends of IDR 20 per share by the end of this month.

This arrangement had been supported by the result of the meeting of SMSM’s Board of Directors and had been approved by its commissioners back in October 2021. In the recent official statement in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), SMSM confirmed that this would be the third interim dividend distribution in 2021.

The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market was set to November 9, 2021, and November 11, 2021, for the cash market. The recording of those who are eligible for interim dividends would take place on November 11, 2021, and the payment would be disbursed on November 23, 2021.

As of September 2021, SMSM’s outstanding shares amounted to 5.76 billion units, thus making the cumulative interim dividends to be given out equal to IDR 115.17 billion.

PT Adrindo Intiperkasa was still reported as the ultimate stockholder of SMSM by the end of Q3 2021, owning 58.13%. Public investors claimed another 33.9% of the shares, while SMSM’s directors and commissioners share the remaining portion. (KR/ZH)
