JAKARTA – PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) reported a decline in its revenue of 10% from its gain in the same period last year, reaching IDR 1.65 trillion by the end of Q3 2021. This decrease resulted from the lesser contribution coming from the land development and property segment.

Then, the land development and property segment followed with IDR 644.5 billion, while the leisure and hospitality segment added IDR 69.3 billion.

The revenue coming from the infrastructure segment came from the power plant, dry port, and clean water, waste, and area management infrastructures. Meanwhile, the land development and property segment comprised prepared land sales of IDR 699.8 billion, sales of a lot in Cikarang, West Java of IDR 46 billion, and another lot in Kendal of IDR 274.8 billion. Lastly, the leisure and hospitality revenue was generated from the golf course and properties.

KIJA’s gross profit shrank by 16% to IDR 634.7 billion. However, its loss reached IDR 128.2 billion, improving from the same period in 2020 of IDR 171.1 billion. (LK/ZH)
