CSRA performance surged in Q3 2021

JAKARTA – PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk (CSRA) recorded a splendid performance as the average global selling price of crude palm oil (CPO) soars. Its sales and profit each skyrocketed by 44.7% and 179.2% in Q3 2021 from the same period last year.

Iqbal Prastowo, Corporate Secretary of Cisadane Sawit Raya, claimed that these positive results came out due to the company’s consistency in maintaining productivity and efficient operations, its commitment to sustainable development, and the increased palm oil price. “The average selling price of CPO is at approximately IDR 10,658 per kg, fresh fruit bunches IDR 2,290 per kg, and palm kernels IDR 6,916 per kg,” he further specified in the press release, quoted today (12/11).

As of Q3 2021, CSRA reported sales of IDR 653.04 billion, climbing from IDR 451.24 billion in Q3 2020. Its gross profit reached IDR 371.93 billion, higher than IDR 199.91 billion in the same period last year, while its current year profit was at IDR 178.744 billion, shifting from IDR 64.02 billion.

It was mentioned that the fresh fruit bunch production was stable at 15.7 tons per hectare (Ha), with the plant production under 18 years of age. “The area of our planting land reaches 18,645 Ha, 16,014.5 Ha of which are planted with mature plants,” he added. (LK/ZH)
