Two paper manufacturers of Sinar Mas Group collect dividends worth IDR 10.3 billion

JAKARTA. Two paper manufacturers under Sinar Mas Group, PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM) and PT Oki Pulp & Paper Mills, secured dividend income of IDR 10.3 billion in total from Marshall Enterprise Ltd and Pacific Enterprise Ltd, respectively.

Suhendra Wiriadinata, President Director of TKIM, revealed that the dividends from Marshall Enterprise amounted to USD 584.4 thousand, equivalent to IDR 8.33 billion. The said dividend was obtained yesterday on November 16, 2021.

Meanwhile, the dividends gained by Oki Pulp and Paper Mills from Pacific Enterprise reached USD 138.48 thousand, equal to IDR 1.98 billion.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, Marshall Enterprise is an investment company established by TKIM in 2004 in Malaysia. This subsidiary was reported to own assets before elimination of USD 141.88 thousand in June 2021.

Meanwhile, Pacific Enterprise is a company that belonged to Oki Pulp and Paper Mills. It is worth mentioning that TKIM also has control over 49.08% of Oki Pulp and Paper Mills’ shares. In 2020, TKIM received its portion of Oki Pulp and Paper Mill’s profit of USD 146.1 thousand. (KR/ZH)
