After its IPO, MCOL proceeds to distribute interim dividends of IDR 211 per share

JAKARTA. PT Prima Andalan Mandiri Tbk (MCOL), a coal mining company that was recently got listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) two months ago, arranges an interim dividend distribution of IDR 211 per share. It would cumulatively amount to IDR 749.5 billion.

Jeanny Pratiwi, Head of Corporate Secretary of MCOL, claimed that this plan was taken based on the meeting of its board of directors. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 15, 2021,” she added in the information disclosure in IDX earlier today (17/11).

The interim dividends would be disbursed to shareholders officially made into the final list by November 29, 2021, at 4 PM WIB. The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled for November 25, 2021, while the date for the cash market is set to November 29, 2021. The payment itself would be channelled out on December 16, 2021.

As of September 2021, MCOL reported a net profit of USD 129.12 million, while its equity amounted to USD 312.13 million.

For the record, MCOL debuted with its initial public offering (IPO) in September 2021, issuing 355.56 million new shares. In this corporate action, the company raised fresh funds of IDR 504.89 billion. (KR/ZH)
