Intiland Development gathered revenue of IDR 1.82 trillion in Q3 2021

JAKARTA – The revenue of PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) sloped in Q3 2021 to IDR 1.82 trillion from IDR 2.06 trillion reported in the same period last year. This decline resulted from the industrial area sales.

Suhendra Prabowo, Vice President Director of Intiland Development, revealed that the income from customer contracts reached IDR 1.12 trillion, rental income amounted to IDR 175.61 billion, while other segments added IDR 530.12 billion. In the same period last year, the revenue from customer contracts reached IDR 1.31 trillion, the rental segment brought IDR 98.91 billion, and other lines contributed IDR 645.95 billion.

In terms of property product sales, Intiland’s revenue from the high-rise segment amounted to IDR 467.15 billion, then the housing segment added IDR 387.22 billion, while the industrial area sales generated IDR 275.88 billion. Then, its operating revenue comprises facilities of IDR 231.83 billion, office areas IDR 187.04 billion, industrial areas IDR 65.28 billion, and others IDR 1.30 billion. Lastly, there was an impact of a new accounting standard that was worth IDR 220.26 billion.

In comparison, in Q3 2020, the high-rise property segment contributed IDR 990.25 billion, and the housing segment added IDR 329.40 billion, while industrial areas are yet to generate any sales. Furthermore, the operating revenue was the accumulation of facilities of IDR 220.87 billion, office areas of IDR 158.51 billion, industrial areas of IDR 57.85 billion, and others IDR 366 million. Meanwhile, the impact of a new accounting standard reached IDR 307.58 billion.

The gross and operating profit in Q3 2021 amounted to IDR 755.33 billion and IDR 459.40 billion, respectively. But, then, it led to the current year loss of IDR 108.67 billion. In Q3 2020, its gross and operating profit reached IDR 825.70 billion and IDR 512.92 billion, scoring that current year profit of IDR 29.21 billion. (LK/ZH)
