JAKARTA – PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) plans its interim dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 66 per share or IDR 2.51 trillion in total, taken out of its net profit gained until June 2021. This decision was finalised during the Directors Meeting held last week (19/11).
In the information disclosure quoted Monday (22/11), the said interim dividend would be channelled out to 38,150,000,000 shares whose owners are listed on the Shareholders List as of December 1, 2021. The payment would be disbursed on December 16, 2021.
The other events preceding this dividend distribution have been scheduled. For instance, the cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market on November 29 and 30, 2021, respectively, and the cum and ex-dividend in the cash market on December 1 and 2, 2021.
As of June 2021, UNVR scored revenue of IDR 20.17 trillion, gross profit of IDR 10.24 trillion, and lastly, a total profit of IDR 2.89 trillion. (LK/ZH)
