JAKARTA. PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk (TOTO), the sanitary and kitchen equipment manufacturer, intends to channel out interim dividends of IDR 51.6 billion in total, equivalent to IDR 5 per share mid-December.
Setia Budi Purwadi, Director of TOTO, claimed that the interim dividend distribution was arranged following the decision of the board of directors and approval of the board of commissioners on November 19, 2021. The interim dividend would be eligible for the shareholder officially entering the list by December 3, 2021, at 4 PM WIB.
The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to December 1, 2021, while the date for the cash market follows on December 3, 2021. Meanwhile, the payment will be sent out on December 15, 2021.
According to idnfinancials.com data, TOTO managed to secure IDR 54.97 billion of net profit from January to September 2021. By the end of Q3 2021, the company reported unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 1.72 trillion, while its total equity stayed at IDR 1.92 trillion.
For the record, Toto Limited is still listed as the controlling shareholder of TOTO, owning 37.90% of its shares until this September. PT Multifortuna Asindo claimed another 29.51%, PT Suryaparamita Abadi 25.05%, and public investors 7.54%. (KR/ZH)
