CLEO announces interim dividend distribution of IDR 29.9 billion

JAKARTA. PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO), a bottled water company under the brand name Cleo, expressed its intention to distribute interim dividends of IDR 29.9 billion or equal to IDR 2.5 per share.

Lukas Setio Wongso, Corporate Secretary of CLEO, claimed that this plan aligns with the result of the board of directors meeting. Furthermore, it was approved by the board of commissioners on November 22, 2021. The said dividends would be sent out to the shareholders officially listed by December 6, 2021.

The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to December 2, 2021, while the cum date in the cash market follows on December 6, 2021. The disbursement itself would be made on December 20, 2021.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, CLEO reported a net profit of IDR 138.1 billion throughout January-September 2021. As of September 2021, the company also recorded unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 498.74 billion and total equity of IDR 986.9 billion.

For the record, PT Tancorp Global Abadi is still listed as the ultimate shareholder of CLEO, owning 55.79%. PT Tancorp Global Sentosa follows behind with 25.58%, while public investors claim 18.29%. The remaining portion of 0.33% belongs to its treasury stock. (KR/ZH)
