JAKARTA. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali or BPD Bali had issued a Negotiable Certificate of Deposit (NCD) with a face value of IDR 300 billion.
This debt instrument had been registered in the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (lit. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) last Tuesday (23/11) under the name NCD Bank BPD Bali Year 2021. For the record, this security would be offered with a discount rate of 4.75% per year and a 12-month tenor.
The trading unit for the said NCD issued by BPD Bali is set to IDR 10 billion. BPD Bali has appointed PT Indo Premier Sekuritas as the arranger in this NCD issuance.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, BPD Bali is a banking company managed by Bali Provincial Government and the Regency Government in Bali.
Throughout January-September (9M) 2021, BPD Bali channelled credits of IDR 19.83 trillion, increasing 5.14% year-on-year (yoy). The collected third-party funds amounted to IDR 23.34 trillion in 9M 2021, boosting its net profit by 3.20% yoy to IDR 484 billion. (KR/ZH)
